Since the start of our company, the quality and the service offered to our customers are fundamental aspects of the company policy of Barberi® Rubinetterie Industriali srl and it is our aim to obtain the satisfaction of our customers.
In order to obtain efficiency in our organisation, since 1996 our company has implemented a Quality Management System. This system has followed the evolution of the standards and is now approved according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
From the beginning, having reached the Quality System management certification has not been considered a final goal, but a starting point to constantly improve. Fundamental goal is indeed the total satisfaction of Barberi customers, through products as well as service.
Being our aim to obtain quality in all fields, we consider as fundamental the environment which has its influence on the social, political and economical system. We consider the natural resources as being collective goods, and have attention to health issues and safety in the working environment. Consequently Barberi has consciously chosen to follow environment preservation and respect, implementing during year 2008 the Environment System Management, certified through the standard UNI EN ISO 14001:2004, integrated with the Quality System Management and studied optimizing resources and processes.

- 1997 – first achievement of quality system approval according to UNI EN ISO 9002:1994
- 2000 – implementation of R&D in the quality system and approval according to UNI EN ISO 9001:1994
- 2001 – implementation of brass hot stamping process in the quality system thus completing the whole production process
- 2003 – adaptation of quality system to new standard and approval according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (Vision)
- 2009 – adaptation of quality system to new standard and approval according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008
- 2010 – achievement of environment quality system according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2004
- 2018 – adaptation of quality system to new standard and approval according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
- 2018 – achievement of environment quality system according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2015
Company history has been also characterized by the achievements of different product approvals, such as WRAS, ACS; PED and DMnr.174 dated 06-04-2004
In 2022 and 2023 Ecovadis certifies the environmental sustainability of Barberi. A recognition that is never taken for granted. Proud and motivated, the goal is to improve further.
