The Barberi manual air vents allow the air removal from systems through a manual operation. They are installed in heating systems (on heating emitters and manifolds), heat generators (wall-mounted boilers, solid fuel generators, heat pumps). Thanks to the air removal, a longer system life is possible, avoiding phenomena of corrosion due to the obsidation of components, as well as a better thermal efficiency of emitters and a better working and safety for pumps. For a better efficiency in the air removal, the valves must be installed in the upper parts of the systems and in all areas where there is a risk of air bubble forming (reversed syphons, distribution manifolds, water storages, boilers).
